Ezzy HRM ("the App") is a human resources management application provided to employers and their employees for managing employment records, attendance, leave, and payroll. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
Information is used exclusively to operate the HR functions of the App on behalf of your employer: attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance reporting. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Data is stored in a managed database hosted on Railway. Authentication is handled by Clerk (clerk.com). Sign-in with Google is available via Clerk's identity federation; we only receive your name and email address from Google, never your Google password.
Employment and payroll records are retained for as long as required by applicable Seychelles labour and tax regulations, and for the duration of your employment plus any statutory retention period thereafter.
